Brokerage Policy

Brokerage will be charged at the rates being agreed between the client & MarketWolf Securities Private Limited (“the Company”) within the limits prescribed by SEBI/exchange. The rates of brokerage fixed by the Company are function of the quality and cost of services provided to the client and the volume and revenue expected from an account. It shall be reviewed by the Company from time to time. The brokerage shall however be exclusive of Annual maintenance charges, transaction charges/Pledge/Re-pledge/Demat/Remat charges, Inter settlement charges, Account Opening charges, Delayed Payment charges, Penalties levied by Exchange, Research advisory charges, Courier charges, Bank charges towards the cheques received unpaid, DP, Bank and other processing charges towards periodic settlement of Funds/Securities on periodic basis, Statutory charges payable to Exchange/SEBI/Govt. Authorities etc., SEBI/Exchange/Clearing Member Turnover charges, Other out of pocket and service related charges.

Brokerage Calculation

  1. The brokerage per order will be chargeable at ₹19 (plus GST).
  2. Trading Account opening fees of ₹99 (incl. of GST) will be applicable
    to all registered users.
  3. No other charges will be applicable to the client.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Other charges like STT, GST (Goods & Services Tax), Stamp duty, SEBI charges, Transaction Charges & other charges if any shall be levied as per the stipulation of the relevant authorities and hence subject to change from time to time. In addition to the above, charges may be levied on account of issue of Duplicate Reports / Statements, other Value Added Services and may be recovered from your account
  2. Electronic contract notes are free. In case of any request for Physical Contract note, the Contract Note copies will be charged at ₹50 per contract note (for ECN clients) + Courier charges as applicable.
  3. MarketWolf reserves the right to change the brokerage from time to time under intimation to the client.
  4. Charges are subject to revision at the Company's sole discretion and any service not quoted will be charged separately.
